Conclusion of This Year’s M&A Academy: A Big Thank You!

Yesterday, we concluded the final session of this year’s M&A Academy at Deloitte, and we couldn’t be happier! It has been a fantastic success, filled with valuable lessons and inspiring experience sharing. We owe much of this to Klaus Nyengaard, Christian Lohmann, Mikkel Boe, and Casper Schjødt Hamilton, who shared their insights, recommendations, and experiences. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our partners: the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO), Deloitte, Kromann Reumert, and Danske Bank. Your support has made it possible to hold this academy. A special thank you to Jesper Theill Eriksen, whose significant help in shaping the event has also been crucial. 👏 We are excited to announce that the M&A Academy will return next year with even more hands-on experiences and opportunities for growth and networking! Thanks to everyone involved: Mads Fauerskov, Alexander Overgaard Andersen, Klavs Hjort, Jakob Ellehauge Sode, Amalie Paludan, Thejs Tofting, Torben Waage, Sofie Jensen, Katrine Arevad, Esben Gadsbøll, and Maria Hidalgo. We couldn’t have done it without you!
Meeting with Estonia’s Prime Minister Kaja Kallas.

Our political efforts began to bear fruit with support from key individuals. An example of this was when Estonia’s Prime Minister Kaja Kallas participated in a morning briefing on innovation with us. Hosted by DTS, this event highlighted the importance of cooperation across the Nordic and Baltic regions.
Summing Up Folkemødet 2024

Folkemødet 2024 has now come to an end, and we can look back on three intense and inspiring days filled with exciting debates about entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation. It has been a fantastic opportunity to bring together entrepreneurs, politicians, startups, investors, and business leaders, all sharing a common vision: to make Denmark the best country in the world for tech, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Debates in Focus Our stage at G4 by the harbor was the place where important topics were discussed. We engaged in everything from digital security and Denmark’s role as a leading tech nation to diversity in the tech industry and Europe’s technological infrastructure. It has been a pleasure to see so many passionate people participating in the debates and contributing their perspectives and experiences. It was also clear that the new entrepreneurship strategy from the government, as well as Den Sorte Svane (The Black Swan), sparked great interest, and of course, these topics had to be debated as well! All in all, it has been a great pleasure. We would like to thank everyone who participated and contributed to the great discussions (including the audience!). We look forward to taking the insights and solutions discussed here at Folkemødet and continuing to work on them in the coming year. Together, we can ensure that Danish entrepreneurs, startups, and the ecosystem are stronger than ever and that we create a place where innovation can truly flourish. Thank you for this year. See you next year.
